According to the folklore, the original inhabitants had cursed the village due to which it remained uninhabited. According to an older man who lives near the entrance to the village "After Salim Singh liked a girl from this village to protect their honor, all residents of this village migrated to another place in just one night. Then they vanished. Nobody knows where they went". Salim Singh was a Powerful minister of Jaisalmer.
5. SKELETON LAKE "ROOPKUND"

In India Roopkund a mysterious lake situated 5,029 meters above sea level, is known for the hundreds of ancient human skeletons found at its edge.
